Job Description
This position is responsible for leading/managing a market center team to ensure profitability, growth, and sound operation. The Market Center Manager I will be responsible for achieving individual and market center sales and lending goals, demonstrating excellent customer service, and implementing market center policies/procedures/regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum three years of retail banking experience in a sales environment
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience
- Some lending experience preferred
