Job Description
Primis Works Associate is a four-month internship experience for mothers who are single, providing classroom education, mentorship, personal and professional development, and extensive job training in a variety of departments at Primis.
Requirements
- Attend all required classes and training sessions.
- Actively participate in job rotations, completing assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with teammates on group projects and assignments.
- Participate in focus groups and mentor programs.
- Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures.
- Make suggestions for program improvements.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
