Manager, Project Engineering (Technical Services) - Primoris Energy Services

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Manager of Project Engineering to lead project-level engineering execution across complex industrial, power, civil, and water projects. This influential role partners directly with project and operations leadership to drive constructability, resolve technical challenges, and standardize engineering practices that improve safety, schedule, and cost performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project engineering, field engineering, or construction engineering within industrial, power, civil, water, or mechanical construction.
• Proven experience supporting or leading project-level engineering teams across multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of construction execution, constructability, and field operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a matrix organizational structure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across field, project, and corporate teams.
