Principal Electrical Engineer - Premier PV

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to provide deep technical expertise in the design, engineering, and implementation of Electrical Balance of System (EBOS) components for utility-scale and commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) projects.

Requirements

• Serve as the technical authority for EBOS components
• Lead and review EBOS designs for utility-scale solar PV systems
• Provide technical input during project planning, procurement, and construction phases
• Ensure EBOS components and designs comply with relevant codes (NEC, IEC, UL), safety standards, and utility requirements
• Support equipment selection, and vendor evaluation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide troubleshooting support and root cause analysis for EBOS-related field issues
• Mentor and train junior engineers and staff on EBOS best practices
