Senior IT Business Partner

Reporting to the IT Director, Business Partner Organization, this role is focused on the strategic alignment and relationship between IT and the Business stakeholders while being a thought leader and partner to the business for all things IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and relevant experience
• 5+ years’ experience with strategy, project management, annual planning, completing large and small projects, creating and delivering technology solutions in a consulting organization, IT organization, or for a software company managing and delivering IT projects.
• Detailed business process knowledge across multiple business domains in the Engineering and Construction industry
• Experience with IT software evaluation, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
• Experience leading teams made up of both internal and external resources
• Excellent leadership, relationship, change management, and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as required
• Work in an office a minimum of 3-4 days per week
