The Senior Project Controller is responsible for leading project controls functions, monitoring project performance, and ensuring project schedule and budget alignment with revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Construction Management, Project Controls, Project Management.
- 5-10 years of Project Control experience in Solar, Renewable Energy or Power Generation Construction.
- Ability to travel to project sites monthly.
- Experience with Ecosys and/or Viewpoint software.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Primavera and/or MS Project, Ecosys, Viewpoint, and Document Control programs.
- Effective communication (both oral and written), organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Understands job costing.
- Ability to understand prints and contract.
- Knows and understands the required federal and state codes.
- Office mobility, Ability to travel up to 100%, and work in challenging weather conditions.
- Self-disciplined, motivated, able to work with limited direct supervision, self-sufficient problem solver.
- Able to quickly adjust to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Dedication to continual process improvement.
- Able to perform duties in a fast-moving environment.
