Shipping & Receiving Manager

Seeking a detail-oriented Warehousing and Logistics Manager to oversee inbound, outbound, and Interplant logistics, leading a team and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates
• System Proficiency: Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management tools; ability to analyze and act on KPI dashboards
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
