Job Description
The Site Project Manager will lead the operational and financial aspects of solar construction projects, ensuring safe working conditions, adherence to safety procedures, and quality execution of work. They will also be responsible for supervising site staff, monitoring and enforcing safety and quality policies, and coordinating with project management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Utility-Scale Solar Self-Perform EPC experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related degree
- At least seven-years of supervisory experience in a related construction industry
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
- Interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of construction equipment and their appropriate applications
- Effective communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Organization skills
- Accounting (math and record keeping)
- Intermediate construction drawing knowledge
- Basic general construction knowledge
- Ability to follow safety rules
