Job Description
The Superintendent Communications will oversee daily construction operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in construction management software (preferred)
- OSHA certification (preferred)
