5 years experience in CNC Machining, Certified Training in ISO 9001 & AS9100, ASME Y14.5 GD&T Standards
CNC Maintenance Technician
High school or GED equivalent, 5 years industrial maintenance experience required, CNC or fabrication machinery maintenance experience favorable
CNC Machinist I
High school diploma or GED, 3 years experience in CNC related field, ability to machine parts to +/- 0.0005” for diameter and +/- 0.001” for length
Aerospace CNC Manufacturing Programmer/ ME
3–7+ years of CNC programming experience, Proficiency in CAM software, Strong knowledge of GD&T
CMM, Mechanical Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift
5 years’ experience in precision aerospace CNC machined products, AS9100 D Quality Management System – Trained, and Geometric Characteristic, GD&T - Trained
CNC Turning Machinist- 2nd Shift
2 years of experience with twin spindle/twin turret machines, precision CNC machining, and Fanuc Controls
Powder Coater/Painter
3+ years of paint/powder coating experience and high school diploma/GED
CNC Machinist I
High school diploma or GED, 3+ years experience, and proficiency in CAD/CAM software, G and M code, and manufacturing processes
CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift
High school diploma or GED, 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with CNC Machining, knowledge of G and M code, CAD/CAM software, and manufacturing processes
CNC Machinist Set Up Operator
High school diploma or GED, 3 years of CNC related field experience, ability to quickly use the control panel to do offsets and edits on 2-3 of the FMS machinery
