Job Description
Review contract and specifications, assist project manager and superintendent, assist with schedule preparations and updates, assist with quantity reporting and project costs forecasting, obtain pricing from subcontractors and vendors, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, assist with monthly billing and cash flow projections, manage document control, review daily reports, prepare technical submittal list and project progress schedule, comply with notice requirements, issue correspondence to subcontractors and vendors, assist with project closeout, perform additional assignments.
Requirements
- S. in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Construction Engineering and Management (CEM)
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in the civil construction field (office/field role)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Primavera 6
