Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Supervise, train, and mentor the housekeeping team, setting clear performance expectations and providing constructive feedback.
• Create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and recognize outstanding achievements.
• Ensure all amenities are replenished, and the room is presented impeccably.
• Monitor the cleanliness of public spaces and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service etiquette.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages skill development and teamwork.
• Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and any other relevant information to the appropriate departments or management promptly.
• Maintain clear and open communication with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
• Perform periodic inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a pristine environment.
• Ensure that all housekeeping staff follow safety protocols and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Promote a safe working environment and address any safety concerns promptly.
