Store Manager

Princess Polly is a global fashion brand at the forefront of trend-driven, lower impact and accessible apparel. We are looking for a Store Manager to lead a passionate team that creates world-class in-store customer experiences and drives sales through client relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Store Management Experience
• Visual merchandising: Curate and execute the merchandising strategy for the store
• Experience developing SOPs, Policy & Procedures, building teams
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Motivated self-starter and self-sufficient
• Shopify POS experience or familiarity of Shopify preferred
• Experience with RFID inventory management
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
• ADP experience or similar HRIS software and system experience is a plus
