Job Description
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a property, including leasing, financial management, and personnel management. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of on-site experience as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager, and strong customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years on-site experience as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager
- Achieve Fair Housing certifications prior to interaction with prospects or residents
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
