Job Description
Maintain common areas, repair and replace various appliances and equipment, perform general grounds duties, and provide customer service. Experience in apartment maintenance and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems required. Competitive wages and benefits offered.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus
