Requirements
- HVAC certified
- Hands-on experience with gauges, meters, and hand tools
- Strong mechanical ability
- Knowledge of basic electrical systems
- Ability to follow instructions and investigate furnace or air conditioning problems
- Attention to detail, collaboration skills, excellent communication skills, troubleshooting abilities, sound decision-making skills, and initiative to undertake responsibilities
