Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor ensures identification and completion of daily general apartment maintenance duties, develops and upholds company standards, and ensures all tasks are performed in the utmost professional manner.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
- Work hands on with staff in all areas of the maintenance responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and amenities
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
- Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with property manager to address resident concerns
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines
