Job Description
Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance technician to perform various maintenance and repair tasks on their properties. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, repairing appliances and systems, removing debris, and assisting with after-hours emergencies.
