Job Description
Princeton Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the operations of an apartment complex. The role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs, painting, landscaping, and general upkeep. Technicians should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred.
