Job Description
Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents, possess a positive attitude, and be able to work independently and as a team. Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC repairs, and grounds duties. Complete work required by municipalities and building inspectors, and perform after-hours on-call services.
