SEASONAL GROUNDSKEEPER

As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, attractiveness, and overall upkeep of our apartment complex's outdoor areas, landscaping, and grounds.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and plant care
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
