We are looking for an Art Director, Social to join our team. You play a key role in conceptualizing and bringing ideas to life visually. You’ll own the visual execution of campaigns and content across social, paid media, digital platforms, and select print projects.
Requirements
- Lead the visual design of social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Translate copy and strategy into compelling visual systems and layouts
- Design static posts, carousels, paid ad variations, Stories, and short-form video graphics
- Develop visual approaches for campaigns and content series in collaboration with copywriters
- Build performance-minded visual assets with testing in mind (multiple hooks, versions, formats)
- Extend visual concepts across placements, formats, and mediums without losing clarity or impact
- Support broader agency needs including digital ads, email, landing pages, presentations, print, and occasional longer-form video
- Execute visual revisions quickly and precisely based on editorial direction, client feedback, and internal reviews
- Maintain strong file organization, version control, and production standards
- Design with motion in mind. You understand pacing, sequencing, and how visuals translate into animated or video formats
