Job Description
Priority Worldwide is seeking a reliable Cargo PRO with strong customer service skills to support our Dubai office, responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing documentation for cargo shipments handover, collection and clearance at airports, ports, and customs offices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving license is mandatory
- Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Proven team player with a cooperative attitude
- Ability to foster strong relationships with Dubai Customs and government authorities
- Good computer skills, with the ability to accurately process documentation and update shipment details
- Experience using Calogi and Dubai Trade for documentation handling and shipment updates is strongly preferred
