Job Description
Priority Worldwide is a fast-growing global freight forwarder seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our freight forwarding, brokerage, and value-added services division in Montreal. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing import/export operations, compliance requirements, carrier relationships, and domestic transportation providers.
Requirements
- Strong operational leadership and team management experience
- Minimum 7+ years of direct Air & Ocean import/export experience
- Proven experience managing branch-level operations
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
- Strong systems proficiency; CargoWise experience preferred
- Customs Broker License would be a strong plus but not a requirement
