Job Description
PRISM+ is seeking a Customer Delivery Coordinator in Malaysia to serve as the central hub for customer orders. This role focuses on building and maintaining an exceptional Customer Delivery Experience team, ensuring customer satisfaction through scheduling, communication, and resolving issues. The coordinator will drive efficiency, enhance operational strategies, and contribute to a positive customer-centric culture.
Requirements
- Coordinate delivery / installation / servicing schedules according to customer preferences.
- Analyze trends in customer orders and delivery / installation / servicing schedules.
- Provide immediate attention to managing customer escalations or complaints.
- Define and implement customer service strategy.
- Ensure excellent internal communication with the customer service and delivery team.
