Requirements
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with checklists and deadlines
- Strong communication skills (WhatsApp/Slack/email)
- Willingness to support on-ground execution (some weekends may be required)
- Proactive, takes ownership, not afraid to chase stakeholders for confirmations
