Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Manager with a strong background in the BEMS industry to lead and develop the UK Technical Support team. The role combines people management, technical escalation ownership, and close collaboration with Sales and Priva HQ (R&D).
Requirements
- Strong background in the BEMS / HVAC / building automation industry (hardware and/or software)
- Proven experience leading or managing technical teams in a BEMS environment
- Experience handling escalations and customer-critical technical situations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
