Job Description
Priva develops sustainable solutions for building automation, energy management, and personal comfort of users. We offer technical support for our system partners and require a deep technical understanding and enthusiasm for active exchange.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or electrical engineering
- Very good knowledge of TGA/HLK automation
- Several years of experience in customer service
- Regulatory technology and DDC knowledge
- Professional knowledge of MSR technology (preferably also GLT) for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
- Very good IT knowledge (PC and networks)
- Knowledge of building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus...)
- Empathy, solution orientation, and communication skills when dealing with technically skilled trade partners
- Safe handling of MS-Windows and MS-Office
- English knowledge for technical documentation and support communication
- Excellent analytical skills and reliability
