Job Description
PCS is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, particularly within the insurance domain.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build and manage data models, including developing efficient DAX measures and calculations
- Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
- Analyze insurance-related data such as premiums, claims, and underwriting performance
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data across all reporting assets
- Proactively identify data issues, discrepancies, and anomalies, and drive resolution
- Optimize performance of dashboards, queries, and data models
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests in a dynamic environment
- Explore and implement alternative solutions
- Prepare and deliver executive-ready datasets and reports in Excel
