Job Description
This position is for a Surgical Physician Assistant (SPA) in Chicago, IL, operating as a 1099 contractor. The role involves assisting surgeons during procedures, performing minor surgeries, and adhering to state regulations. The position offers a flexible schedule with no calls or weekends.
Requirements
- Recent experience assisting in Operating Rooms with Robots
- Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited surgically focused PA Program
- Completion of a surgical residency for PAs (after attending PA school)
- On the job training (after graduating from an ARC-PA accredited Program)
- Able to obtain credentialing in hospitals where Surgeon will operate
- Relevant State (see location) Medical License
- 3+ Years of experience
