Job Description
This is a surgical assistant position based on a 1099 arrangement, offering case-based compensation. The role involves assisting surgeons during surgical procedures and performing minor surgeries. It requires current surgical residency training after PA school, and on-the-job training upon graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program.
Requirements
- Recent experience assisting in Operating Rooms with Robots
- Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited surgically focused PA Program
- Completion of a surgical residency for PAs (after attending PA school)
- On the job training (after graduating from an ARC-PA accredited Program)
- Able to obtain credentialing in hospitals where Surgeon will operate
- Relevant State (see location) Medical License
- 3+ Years of experience
