Project & Structured Finance Manager

An established investment consulting firm is looking for a Project & Structured Finance Manager to lead and execute project finance transactions across Russia, CIS, and Eastern Europe.

Requirements

• Project Team Leadership: lead and coordinate project teams, creating work plans and overseeing transaction processes.
• Developing financial models, conducting economic assessments, and sensitivity analysis.
• Structuring deals, preparing risk matrices, and analyzing business model alternatives.
• Conducting financial and economic analysis of investment projects and preparing business plans.
• Preparing presentations, financing option reports, investment memoranda, and credit applications.
• Supporting credit application processes, including due diligence and independent expert reviews.
• Reviewing and negotiating credit/project documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct negotiations with borrowers, investors, creditors, and other transaction participants.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: promote project finance consulting services, attract new clients, and prepare and negotiate consulting agreements.
