Job Description
Our client is a reputable advisory boutique in Kazakhstan, serving some of the most prominent local and international clients in M&A and portfolio company management. The Senior Investment Analyst will participate in M&A and Debt Advisory transactions, develop and assess financial models, conduct business valuations, and engage in negotiations with clients.
Requirements
- Higher education in finance or economics from a top-tier university
- CFA certification is a plus
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, and valuation
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and business valuation
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and business assessment (proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial databases)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Russian is essential; knowledge of Kazakh is advantageous
- International experience is a plus
