We are seeking a seasoned, Russian-speaking legal professional with deep experience in complex corporate and shareholder matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate law, litigation, or special situations within holding companies, investment firms, or financial institutions
- Proven expertise in shareholder relations and maintaining governance integrity in multi-jurisdictional setups
- Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and procedural law, with hands-on experience in English law documentation and practice
- Skilled in managing complex ownership structures and coordinating multi-party decision-making
- Fluent in English and Russian
