Job Description
A leading Private Equity fund is seeking a Senior Legal M&A Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of M&A transactions, manage investment deals, and provide strategic legal support for a diverse range of transactions.
Requirements
- Full legal support for M&A transactions, investment projects, and private equity/venture capital deals
- Participation in deal teams, providing legal advice at all stages of the transaction
- Structuring deals, risk assessment, drafting and negotiating legal documentation
- Negotiating with banks, investors, and counterparties in both English and Russian
- Engaging and managing external legal advisors
- Overseeing corporate governance and legal matters of portfolio companies
- Handling ad-hoc legal requests from investors and fund partners
