Registered Nurse- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

The NICU Registered Nurse provides specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns, monitoring vital signs, managing complex medical needs, and supporting families during critical moments.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care or equivalent critical care experience
• Current BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications are required
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond to emergencies effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with families and healthcare teams
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced settings while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care
