Job Description
A SNF group is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations, including accounting, revenue cycle management, and cost reporting, and partner closely with operations leadership to manage cost, drive revenue, and improve overall business performance.
Requirements
- CPA or equivalent financial designation strongly preferred
- Extensive financial leadership experience in the skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care industry
- Deep understanding of SNF cost reporting, RCM workflows, and payer dynamics
- Proven success managing complex financial operations and improving systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
