Job Description
A multi-entity organization is seeking a Director of Tax Strategy to lead tax planning, structuring, and advisory across a complex portfolio of entities and ownership structures.
Requirements
- Significant experience in corporate tax strategy, structuring, and planning
- Strong understanding of multi-entity and pass-through structures
- Experience working with external tax firms and reviewing complex tax filings
