Requirements
- Consulting, support, and maintenance of customers for technical questions
- Support of Oracle Primavera SaaS solutions
- Accompany and support customer projects in evaluation, scaling, implementation, and operation of IT solutions
- Installation and configuration of VMware ESXi, Windows, and Linux system environments
- Installation and configuration of Oracle Primavera applications and databases
- Training as a computer scientist, completed computer science degree or equivalent technical study
- IT system knowledge (network, server/client, databases)
- Experience with web and application servers (e.g. Weblogic, Apache, JBOSS, Tomcat) desired
- Enthusiasm for project management, high-quality technical portfolio, and customer-oriented solutions
- Good MS Office skills
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Precise analytical and conceptual thinking, quick understanding
- Team skills and a high level of service-oriented and customer-orientedness
- Independent work with process- and implementation-oriented action
