Sr. Business Analyst

ProArch is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their growing team, responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a tech or consulting environment
• Proven track record of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with process mapping and modeling tools
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights from various sources
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices
