Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join the ProAssurance family of companies as a Regional Risk Management Supervisor - Eastern Alliance. The position supports the workers' compensation line of business and involves managing a team of 3-5 Risk Management Consultants. The Supervisor will perform various duties to assist the Manager of Regional Risk Management, including supervisory functions, developing and executing service plans, and prescreening new business submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or related field required
- Eight years of progressive occupational safety and health experience
- Five years of focus in workers' compensation
- Prior supervisory/management and leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications
- Analytical ability, attention to detail, and solid analytical and problem-solving skills
