Requirements
- 1+ years of prior bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and processes quickly
- Ability to take feedback and direction well
- Self-starter mentality with willingness to ask questions and learn
- Strong reliability and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace required
- Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software preferred
- Associate degree or coursework in accounting, business, finance, IT, or related fields is a plus
