Requirements
- 6-10+ years of brand or product marketing experience in the video game or interactive entertainment industry
- Proven experience leading global go-to-market strategy for at least one shipped title on PC and console
- Strong track record of building and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience working closely with game development teams and influencing product direction
- Experience owning or directly managing marketing budgets and performance outcomes
- Deep understanding of player segmentation, positioning, and audience development
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with media planning, channel strategy, and campaign measurement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence
- Deep knowledge of PC and console gaming ecosystems and player behavior
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
