Requirements
- First to several years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics or process management
- Structured, reliable work style and enjoyment of finishing things clean and complete
- Analytical basic understanding and interest in improving processes
- High personal responsibility, hands-on mentality and a good sense of priorities
- Communication strength, clear, friendly and solution-oriented
- Secure handling of tools (ticketing, tables, simple evaluations); technical understanding is a plus
