Requirements
- At least a Senior High School Graduate
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service industry
- BPO Industry, customer service-oriented industry/environment
- Prior BPO experience or at least, in a customer-service industry specifically sales
- Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
- Experience on the phone, email and live chat support is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
