Job Description
As the VP of Operations at ProCaps Laboratories, you will be the driving force behind ProCaps' manufacturing and operational functions, leveraging your engineering, manufacturing, and operations expertise to lead high-performing teams in delivering excellence in quality, efficiency, and customer fulfillment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred)
- Proven senior leadership experience in nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with deep exposure to highly regulated environments (FDA, cGMP, FSMA); chocolate manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Sr. Director or higher) with multi-site responsibility
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
