Requirements

• A degree in Business Management, Economics, IT, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or process improvement
• Strong business acumen and a passion for helping companies unlock value through data and technology
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear, confident way
• Proven track record in leading client projects or strategic initiatives
• A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to balance detail with big picture thinking
• Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar project management systems
• Fluency in German and English
