ProCogia is a data consulting company that partners with businesses to transform data into growth. They're looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support day-to-day people matters and drive effective hiring and talent practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HR, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles
- Experience supporting talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
- Strong understanding of employee relations and employment practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment (consulting or tech preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (CPHR or equivalent is an asset)
