Technical Analyst

Procom is searching for a Technical Analyst for a contract opportunity in Durham, NC. The Technical Analyst will assist with show back reporting for applications, identify gaps in technical monitoring capabilities, and provide subject matter expertise on monitoring for projects and implemented applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 to 4 years of experience in a Senior Monitoring Engineer role
• In lieu of degree, 6 years in a Monitoring Engineer role
• Professional Certification
• Experience administering, and engineering any combination of CA UIM, Spectrum, CA APM Solutions, Tivoli Monitoring, etc.
• Well-developed troubleshooting skills
• UNIX command line experience
• Scripting or programming experience
