Procon is a top-ranked construction management and technology consulting firm seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a long-term opportunity in the Washington, DC area. The candidate will have responsibilities in construction management, quality assurance, project controls, design/build, architecture and engineering, space management, facilities management, real estate, and leasing of complex construction projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
- AEC or Project Management Degree
- One certification from the following: PE, AIA, CCM, or PMP
- USACE CQM certification
